I was planning on doing this with the game Crackdown. My PC is about 45ft away from my 360 (this is wall wise, not a direct walk to it cause of cables)
I have a PC capture card that I got for the beta of SOCOM 2 lol. I was going to buy a S-vid cable that was 50ft and a audio cable at 50ft and hook it up for some captures. I used to play PS2 on my computer with these cable set-up. I'm not sure if most new capture cards have what I have. My capture tuner card only accepts S-Vid so I would have had to get the 360 S-Vid adapter and those cables. I also got a strange adapter when I bought my new video card. So I could have used that adapter thingy and just ran the svid and audio cable to my PC instead. It's really simple when you think of it. It would cost some cash if you don't have the right tools (tv tuner, cables, audio cables) but the end result is pretty good. I still remb some of the SOCOM2 beta movies I made with niceshirt lol. I might still try to get the cables for other games like the Halo 3 beta coming up but I would have to order those cables off of amazon.com cause not alot of people carry 50ft s-vid cables ![]() |
