Livecard is dead?

Some people here seem to have gamercards in their sigs from Livecard.net which are now reporting that the site has shut down. MyGamerCard.net has a decent selection of cards (CatDaFelix is already using one) so you might want to switch.

I literally just made a MyGamerCard profile right before reading this, after seeing it in Magoosh's sig. Pretty nice options on how to present your card. I like it.

MyGamerCard have launched a new feature, the GamerPic Scout, allowing you to browse all the available pictures by keywords and see how popular each one is. For example, Catdafelix is one of only 10 people using his Rumble Roses pic, while Norrec is slightly less unique with 458. The pic I use has 11,114 other users and is the 30th most popular, primarily because it's one of the free ones that the console comes with.

Interestingly, there are a few gamercards without a single user, mostly from games about sports, games that are crap or because they just aren't very good pictures. All in all it's a fairly good resource for people happy to spend money on gamerpics.

I like my gamerpic. Battlestar kicks ass. I wonder if the others have stonger or worse usage though

They're all listed under the Bringing It Home section on the drop-down menu. I haven't watched BSG outside of the first of those TV movie things to start the relaunch so I'm not great with the names, but your pic (of Adama?) is the most popular of the BSG ones, closely followed by Baltar with 412, then Apollo (245), Starbuck (210), Boomer (143), Number Six (117) then finally Roslin with a miserable 14.

Yeah, I got the opening miniseries and the first season on DVD and watched all of the second and available third season, once you get into it it gets quite addicting.

Roslin doesn't deserve 14, shes one of my least favorite lead characters
