where are you? states? and where did you buy your psp from? and what sort of TV is it?

i dont know what the problem youre talking about, as i have never hooked up my psp to a tv before.

the reasons I asked you about tv, psp and regions is because in the old days of PS1, when you made the UK PS1 region free using a cart mod(good ol dayz), if your TV was a 50 Htz telly and you were trying to play a USA game, it would go black and white or the picture would roll and flicker.

so im wondering if theres something here that might be the cause of your woe?

you should try plugging in your psp in to different ports, maybe using a cable spliter box? i really dont know im afraid.

Hi there, I see your problem, firstly, please tell me what model is your PSP. This can be found under the battery. I only need to know the 4 digits after the word / phase "psp - xxxx"

Please, after I know your model no., I will be happy to help you providing you with info based on your PSP (PlayStation Portable).
