Does anyone do this? I usually take my PSP with me while traveling for work. I try to do some web browsing in the evenings, but the sites I frequent don't work well on the PSP (Foxsports.net, ESPN.com, and even these forums - due to the pain of text entry).
I haven't upgraded firmware in awhile, so I'm not sure if this has been addressed, but the PSP doesn't handle flash sites well at all, does it? Too bad. I'd even use it more at home if it were more friendly (have Wi-Fi but no laptop).

Svo, I think the flash side of it has been sorted out with one of the latest updates. Also the RSS feed was in one of them. Although it is very awkward to use because of the text entry. It is, however very handy if you really need to get on the net.

Surfing with the PSP is not to bad. When I don't have my laptop with me it's a good choice. I'm still not happy with the "no memory" scree nthat pops up. I haven't surfed in awhile with the PSP. A keyboard is a must if they have one cause I suck at using that on screen keyboard

A little left of center

The only time I ever really used it was when I was in the guest bedroom crashing at my friends house at home and didn't feel like being downstairs on my computer, and when I was on the way to Spain in the airports. I spent like 15 euros for an hour of internet, forgot to write down the password, and used maybe 15 minutes of it.
But now I have a laptop I take pretty much everywhere so I at least have that to get online with. The PSP wouldn't be so bad if they were to come out with a keyboard for it and improved the memory handling |

It has it's ups and downs, some sites handle it well, others dont, sometimes all you need to do is adjust the screen setting (smart fit, just fit etc)
I've downloaded demos, music, and videos directly to my mem stick from the net even, i just wish we could get background downloading like the PS3 ![]()
