yeh at first I tried to kill em, but after they had stripped me of EVERYTHING that I owned, and yet I still couldnt kill their furry ass .. i decided that my actions from now on would be one of running away.

and that really works well!

Sorry - couldn't help myself.

I just finished SF: DM. I was a little surprised that was really the end, as it came so quickly. But I guess I'm not too surprised, really.

Nice that there are some "bonus" missions. Although after playing the first one, I'm suspicious that they're all very short. I'm still looking forward to playing through each of the missions at least one more time, though (not in story mode, just one mission at a time). I really like that about the SF games.

Got a $50 gift card to Gamestop for my birthday. Not sure what I'll pick up next.

Well, for the NA market, PoPoLoCrois would be the best RPG on PSP, IMO. For Europe (since that's where you are), they have ToE and BoFIII, which we don't have. Anyway, I've only played the game for a few hours, but I'm definitely loving it. I find the battle system to be very unique (combines strategy RPG, with the ATB battle of the Final Fantasy series, except it uses wait, and not active). The characters are pretty cool. I personally love the 2-D graphics of the game. My only problems are that there doesn't seem to be a lot of character development and the game definitely feels easy. There are a lot of random encounters (not really a problem for me), but they're not hard. It's definitely a PSP game I like, without a doubt.

TM: Black wasn't my cup of tea, so I was a little worried about getting Head On. After I played it for a while, I definitely liked it quite a bit, probably my favorite Twisted Metal ever.

I'm definitely going to get Ac!d 2. I actually rented the 2nd, before buying the first, and I'll definitely say I like the 2nd more. The 2nd is definitely one of my favorite PSP games. Looks great cel-shaded too, and the gameplay feels improved.

BOF3 was a great great game, I did that on the psp earlier in the year. I didnt like it at first. far too retro for me! but after about 10 hours of playing i realised that it was possibly one of the best RPG's ive played. loved it.

I also done that Tear of V that was out in the states, I really liked that too. still hasnt come out in the UK yet, which is a shame. but I will be getting PoPoLoCrois when it comes out I think, Ive heard some good things about it! tho i really want FF7!

I read that Tomb Raider was being held back!

When it came out on Friday in the UK, I was a bit shocked.. lol

so I picked it up in the knowing that (and I even told the shop guy) that I will be returning it for another game if its shite.

and so far... (dare I say this).. its a good game! lots to do.. lots of searching and climbing and erm, tomb raiding strangely enough.

I gather its the same on the PS2 version, exactly the same apart from certain graphical bits. but so far im quite impressed for the pint sized Lara.

lots to unlock and lots of different time trials and head to head modes. you also have your mansion to wonder round as a separate playing mode. You unlock rooms while your playing the main game. so now im wondering around the house finding equipment and treasure.. so if you get stuck (like I am at the mo.. just about to go on to GameFAQ's, lol) you can still play the game, so its not completely dead in the water.

Anyway, it was a risk as I haven’t read any reviews on this, and they probably slag it off.

tho Eidos have also got to get their game testing dept up to scratch too!! its buggy! but nothing like as bad as the last one to grace the PS2, but can be bad in sections.

apart from all that tho, its not a bad lil adventure.

swapping Tomb Raider today for something... any suggestions?

was thinking about Katamari?

TR was great up until that point.

and that point being: at crucial point of the game.. the boss bit and a simple way of killing him. IE: get close and shoot the fuka. but combine that with massive slowdown and it just gets pointless very very fast.

I can imagine that bit on the PS2 would of been challenging and fine, but with massive slowdown, no console should put up with that.

Tekken is approaching soon... if ya can hold off a few weeks. I heard Katamari is really short in comparison to the other games and the island world is really small and repetitive. Also it kills the hell outta ya fingers trying to use the buttons like a analog stick. But for Katamari fans it probably worth a look though.

I played it briefly and didn't really like the controls, especially since I played the 1st game and was use to the sticks.

Do you have Daxter??

PSP release dates current of June 13th.
