I guess you will be waiting for Lumines2.. Ive only started playing that again. I gave it up very quickly after getting other games I was interested in more. but lately gone back and i really like it.
A quick clip from a E3 impression...

"The changes in the game that we witnessed are very minor, and Lumines II could easily be mistaken for the first game at first sight. While the game play in the first game was nigh-on perfect, we're yet to see what Q! Entertainment can offer in the finished game to make it worth the upgrade."

EDIT: This article gives a more elaborate description of the new additions and game over all...

I like Mega Man X: Collection, but I admit that I much rather play Maverick Hunter X. Although it contains MMX4 (my favorite MMX game), I kind of like playing a remake of the first (My third favorite in the series) greatly improved
My favorite MMX game is the original and my 2nd is MMX2. So the remake is perfect for me. The Vile mode hopefully should be just as entertaining as MMX2
I played the Powered Up demo on there and and glad I went went MH over Powered Up.

outrun is a quality arcade racer! smooth, chilled and just SEGA all over!

lovely and friendly...

is it better than Burnout... erm, no. but if you have played and completed BO then its certainly the best you can buy imo. obviously RR is a classic, and i dont put that in the list of racers because its on its own out there imo for graphics and playability.

but OR is very very playable

anyway, back to killing things! got to get that bloody egg back!

SF: DM =

I'm really stunned by the graphics. It looks better than the last game of it's kind I played on the PS2.

I'm not saying it's better than recent PS2 games, just better than the last PS2 game I played.

Slick controls. Not far enough to comment on the story, really. It seems pretty standard "espionage/terrorism" stuff, but that's what I was expecting.

Very engrossing - hard to put it down.

the graphics in MH are very good, I think the gameplay is the same as the PS2 version.. tho I havent played it. I would be interested if the areas you play in on the PS2 are as big as the ones on the PSP...

So far I'm enjoying MH, and yes the graphics are damn gorgeous! As far as I know it is basically Monster Hunter + MH G the expansion plus a few new additions.

I'm really missing the online component even though I really bought it as a single player game. I think that it would have GREATLY improved the game and made it sell more due to the fact it's hard as hell to find other ppl to play on Ad-Hoc, and it was one of the main attractions of the PS2 games. Oh well, MH 2 is releasing in Jap and they announced MH 3 for PS3 already so I'll end up getting that most likely.

So far I'm still happy overall, the camera is a little tricky cause they took away the lock on targeting, but it's work-able.

Hearing the great Monster Hunter Freedom impressions make me want the game now. Too bad, there's around 20+ PSP games I really want to buy and MHF is just one of them.

From what I've seen, the graphics are impressive.

thats whats starting to grate on me just a tad.. the auto lock for targeting.. well any type of target lock would be good.

when you walk in to a field of voliceraptiles (or what ever theyre called, lol)... you REALLY need that locking thing!!

Mista.. you come across the 'bad' cats yet? I thought all the cats were nice (does this appear in other PS2 MH games?) and so while on a quest I went in to a wooded area where there were cats with maces scurring about looking for stuff, and wondered over to the lil fellas to see if I could chat to them.. and they started attacking me! lol.

really bad temperd fellas! I was lucky to get out of there alive let alone light of everything I was carrying!

Yeah those lil fellas are crazy!!! They beat you down and steal your equipment. I figured the best way to handle them is to just kick the hell outta em! I completely take my right hand from the face buttons in that area and use the "select" button to do the kick. I don't think you can kill them but it atleast gets em out the way.
