To enable analog control in PS1 classics on PSP?

I bought MediEvil and Soul Reaver and transferred them to my PSP. I know both games use analog control but I can't seem to enable it using my PSP. When I play them on my PS3 I can switch the input from digital to analog and play them just fine but I don't see an option to do that on PSP, am I missing something?

I know I know I am a PSP noob and stuff but I would really appreciate some help

Nope, unfortunately the analog on the psp (for PSX games) is for R2 and L2. Unless I'm mistaken, and there is a way.
