Default PS3: Sideways or Flat? TheWorld is curious.

This just popped into my head, I was wondering if people prefer to stand their PS3 on it's side or lay it flat, just for fun and my curiosity, vote in the poll. Leave a reason if you fancy it. For me, I have to lay mine flat because of my setup, but I haven't the slightest idea which if either is better for the PS3. Oh and do you tip the swiveling PS3 logo in the correct direction?

Since that's two questions, you may select more than one option in this poll.

I lay it flat mainly because, for some reason, I get a better signal from my router than on it's side.

I stand mine straight up, even though now that I think about it I should probably lay it down. My dog seems to get excited and just run by it knocking it over ever once in a while.

I'm kind of curious though what swiveling logo are you referring to?

Mine is flat as it sits on top of my stereo and it is next to my 360 which is also flat, as being on top of the stereo is bad enough as it's quite high and if either of them gets knocked they are bound to break from such a great height so I always make sure they are secure.

I have never ever stood a console on it's side and never will. I will always make room for it to be nice and sturdy and flat. If I did I would rotate the PS3 logo the correct way I am anal that way lol

@Keaton World is talking about the Playstation Logo on the front of the machine, ther was one on the PS2 not sure about the PS1 but it can be rotated to face whatever way you have your machine setup.

Under the disc drive (at least on my machine, dunno bout the newer ones) the PS logo actually rotates so that it can always face up no matter how you set your machine

I'm gonna have to check this out when I get back to my place, I don't believe I've noticed it before.

Yep, the logo spins.

Flat. Looks better, fits my entertainment center better. I also have a 2 year old so it could easily get knocked over.

I put mine upside down so I can put my PS2 on top of it.

Kidding.
