I don't yet own a PS3 yet, but I will be buying one in the near future. But I have a question before I do so:
Can downloads and firmware updates be paused or scheduled to be downloaded during a certain period of time? Coz I have a limited connection and can't let anything big be downloaded during the day. |

Normal downloads (games, demos, videos etc.) from the PS-Store can be paused and resumed at any time, but the firmware updates must be downloaded in one go. You can only cancel it, but then you have to start over later.
The firmware can possibly be downloaded on a computer and transfered by using a flash memory stick, or other portable device you have. Not sure from exactly where this download is done so other people have to come up with a link for it. |

Ah alright, thanks.
So if downloaded through the PC, we can use a download manager to pause/resume it, or is it also not "resumable"? |
