Not So Solid Snake

Having seen the trailer for MS2 I am even more excited than before, I loved MS1 and 2 really does look spectacular.

Now from viewing the trailers one thing stands out to me. The island on which MS2 is set looks to be very similar to the island of Montserrat in the Caribbean Sea.

Notice how they look roughly similar - ok almost similar. The shape isn't the same I know but notice the very similar mountain at the end of the islands. In the case of Montserrat this is the Soufriere Hills Volcano - possibly some sort of volcano crater track in MS2 if this is the case?

It's always useful to have a geologist around see!

This will be a good game with the addition of split screen multiplayer. I never really played online much and only really got to ticket 10 or something out of 21 then I drifted away from it. Now I can't get back into the groove and will probably have to start on the first track again just until I get the feel for it.
