Well, looks like the US now have a tentative release date and I was just wondering if there is one for the UK yet? If we don't get it until after our American friends I'm not going to be pleased.

Our date is March 08, Im pissed as hell, we went form getting it at the same time as japan and the US not getting it at all, to us getting after the US
tho it may not be as it seems. A couple of weeks ago I heard feb 19th was the date the US would get the demo(the one on the japanese store now), there may be some confusion cos the US keep refuring to GT 5 Pro as a demo while the rest of the world that knows what the crack is (territories that have had concept, B-Spec and prolouge before) call it a budget title, I suppose we'll have to wait and see

ah, I probably misunderstood. I am happy to get prologue at the same time as US but definitely not later.

I wonder if we'll get the demo then?

even tho this has more cars, gameplay and 'soul' than full racing games... and its probably worth every penny of £40...

but surely we're looking at a straight £20 for this? like the other prologues?

because that was like saying, 'ok, its not even half the game, but we couldnt charge you any less than £20' sort of thing...

if the new prologue is indeed £40, you cant help but think that we could be looking at a £59.99 or even higher for the full GT5?

Worth it if you can afford to spend more than 2 hours per week playing games

They can't charge £40 for prologue and then charge £40 for GT5. Play must be working on a standard title price rather than using a proper estimate.

Yeh there just covering their backs.
They wont know the price of it yet.
And they wont want to put it in at £19.99 if it then retails for £39.99 and they've taken thousands of pre-orders at the lower price.

But anyway I dont think it will be £39.99
