Yeah, I'm pretty terrible at this game.

I was finally starting to be able to hold my own in Halo...

Now I've got something entirely new to get used to.

I see many, many deaths in my online future.

Pretty fun game so far though. My only gripe with it is that I'm new, as was everyone when they first purchased the title, and you're just kind of tossed into the action. I suppose it's all for the better though.

Well, that sucked. I just put together three great rounds (10 kills, 3 deaths, 13 kills, 5 deaths, and 6 kills, 3 deaths), and none of it was recorded.

I'm not playing this game again until they can fix this stat-tracking issue. Been annoying for a WHILE now, and it's unacceptable that they haven't fixed it yet.

those chaffs are well annoying, but i usually get my hawk

the trick to manning a SAM is to know when to bail out!!! no use being a hero if youre dead. and Hawks that sneak up on you are the bain of my gaming on WH. to be honest, im just jealous that i cant handle the hawk as well as others, but im learning.

do you use the motion sensor flight or normal? i seem to be able to escape better with motion sensor, but die twice as fast, usually in to a rock face or something.

as for your stats, i have had the same problem, things not being recorded, but also i have dont back in a few days later and the stats are how they should be. so check back later.. you never know.

We'll see. But it's really annoying if they don't register.

And yeah, I usually bail out in time before they kill me. I get in a SAM if I want some easy kills or my team is greatly outnumbered. Thing is, if you're outnumbered, it really doesn't matter how good a pilot you are; you're gonna get blasted if it's like 3 on 1 or even 2 on 1 (provided they know what they're doing). That's why I really don't like going up in the air unless the teams are evenly matched, or we have the advantage.

And I never use the motion sensing. I'd never be able to pull off the evasive maneuvers I do with the analog sticks. Heh.

I know who to come to for evasion tips

I really need to practice more which makes it a shame there isn't even a small offline arena to play in. I noticed you can't even get to an offline multiplayer game without being connected to the internet

The dropship could add a whole other element to team games and call for more strategic discussions rather than the more familiar 'every man for himself'.

Personally I think they should have a bail out function in the hawk. You should be able jump out ion flight and parachute down.

Obviously they should also implement boats in the next update so if you fall in the water you can swim or be picked up… imagine it, the sky full of parachutes and fallen heroes trying to get back to land without being shot down!

I think that would be brilliant.
