I can't help but think that once this type of announcement is made then you can be certain there will be a delay. I don't know if this is due to genuine issues they want to get right or are they running scared from Halo? I hope that isn't the case. I won't be getting UT but I know there are plenty of fans out there and I don't see why the two titles couldn't have bumper holidays.

Rein did clarify to GameSpot that the game is still set for November, and there is no delay. I think he just wanted to prepare fans for the possibility of a delay, because he wants UT3 to be perfect before its released. And in the pursuit of perfection, delays have been known to happen...
