I hear you there. Aside from Halo (personally I hate the Halo games.), those and Ace Combat 6 (one of the games I've been waiting for a long time for, I love me some Ace Combat) are going to make sure I can't pay off my student loan on time.

PGR4 hopefully is amazing too, I love PGR3. Though the way GT4 looks it may give me reason to miss rent that month to get a PS3.

I would have to say for me its MGS4, GTA4, GT5, T6, SC4, White Knight, HalfLife2, killzone2, BLP…

Ok, ok… I could go on and on.. theres too many.


And I agree, these are great great days of 15+ games to own, it was for the PS1, PS2 and now PS3. Towards the end of the PS2 I was feeling pretty low about the quality of games, only GH2 and GoW2 stood out, but then Sony brought out the psp and that tied me over ( and still is) …but the glory days are back!

Im not saying that Sony had its backs to the ropes with the start of the PS3, because anyone with half a brain and a PS3 could and can see that it was going to be amazing, and will probably top that of what the PS2 and PS1 achieved. There were doubters, and I saw them on many other forums, but not this one. Psxextreme has been probably the most mature and honest site that I have come across.

But the PS system is back, and just looking at the games between now and next year… im just speechless, and that’s not even touching on the PSN or Home…

well to be honest, if you've played any recent Factor 5 games, they weren't that great either (I've played Rogue Leader 1 and 2), and didn't score that high either. They looked beyond anything else on the platform, but gameplay isn't their strength. So those scores aren't that surprising to me.

However, these guys should make middleware. They have a killer graphical engine that anyone should be able to use.
