^ That's correct. I shouldn't assume that everyone that has Rewards Zone, in here, is part of the Gamer's Club but that was my thoughts behind it. I'm signed up, and have been since the beginning, but I avoid Best Buy at all costs even though I'm a lifetime Silver member. lol

I can't wait for this game after playing the demo a few days ago lol but I'm still contemplating between this and final fantasy... its a tough one

Why do you avoid Best Buy? I've been shopping there for a long time and I've never had any issues with them.

I've had many problems with the ones out in my area due to poor customer service skills. I had a supervisor lie to me and then lie about what came out of my mouth, to my face, and in front of his coworkers. I've also had that same supervisor deny what was promised when it was written on the pick-up request and signed by a manager. They've botched store-pickups many times and have tried to go against their own policies. I have had to call corporate and then corporate had to call the stores and get them to follow policy.

Do you remember when Best Buy was busted for having that internal site that looked like bestbuy.com but it was actually a knock off with in-store pricing to deny people from getting bestbuy.com prices at the stores even though policy is to match them? I had that happen to me and the company got in trouble for that.

It's a lot of shady practices and the poor treatment that I've had to endure that has caused me to feel ill towards those stores. I'm not one to just be vocal unless I'm in the right and when I have proof as to why I'm trying to either get my item, that I've already paid for, get a price match, etc. I feel that customer service is crucial to getting repeat customers and Best Buy have truly earned a reputation that will keep me from returning to their stores.

Sorry for going off-topic but I did want to provide an answer. I still haven't pre-ordered GoW III but I will probably do it this week.

The review embargo is up at 5pm GMT (an hour from now). That's for the Euro sites anyway, I'm not sure if the US will be different again. I'm not really expecting FFXIII-levels of variety here though, this is going to be 9s and 10s across the board.

Or even Grand Theft Auto IV's ridiculous 98 metascore, though it would need one hell of a perfect run to manage that so I don't expect it will.
