How ridiculous is this… people are actually suing Rockstar because they may of been ‘damaged’ because of the secret mini game they unlocked in GTA San Andreas.


Now correct me if im wrong, but you actually had to unlock this in an unconventional way in order to get this game to work.. im pretty sure its not the easiest of things to do, so surely if you are going to sue then its because you accidently came across it..

Now again, correct me if im wrong but the game was ‘Mature’ rating.. and an 18cert in the UK, so who the hell is suing Rockstar over this… and can I have their names so I can go and point at them on street corners.

This was taken from Gtagaming.com ..it explains how you can claim, well they’re not going to make it easy for you plebs out there are they?!


“In order to benefit from the program, claimants must submit an original store receipt, proof of purchase of the game (the barcode from the game box), their original disc or a credit card/check statement which shows payment for the game. The amount which will be paid will depend on the method chosen to make a claim.

Additionally, Rockstar Games will replace, free of charge, any user's game disc and will pay for carriage of the disc both from the customer to the company and for the shipping of a new disc to the customer.”




As you can tell, I feel that if anyone is going to sue Rockstar that they should have a damn good reason.. modding, getting in to the core data or how ever they got Hot Coffee working was never an accident by these people, if it was then I apologise, but again if it was by accident and your whole world got turned upside down because of it.. why the hell did you buy a game like GTA in the first place ..and lets face it, you’re not really an adult are you.

So if your kid ‘wee Timmy’ wets his bed at night because of Hot Coffee.. then you’re just a bad parent for buying him a game like GTA, let alone that it might have some sex in it.
like killing whores, gunning down cops, stealing cars.. shooting the public for fun isnt bad enough.

but the Hot Coffee scene...whoooeeeee that was HOT! way WAY over the line! Pffff ive said enough.

That is like suing a car manufacturer because your son little timmy stole your Taurus and drove it off a cliff or suing a fast food retailer because you put their food in the microwave then burnt your mouth on it.

If it's your own tampering which results in suffering it's your own damn fault. That's what I think anyway.

maybe its because me and Gabe come from a country that doesnt sue people for sneezing at them on a bus, but i just cannot understand why R* have to pay $35 to these idiots.

mind you.. lol, these simple people wont have the reciept for the game will they, lol.. still $5 to these idiots is way more than they deserve.
