I've heard that the Tomb Raider remake is really good. I wasn't really that bothered but now I may need to take a look, cash allowing.

to be honest, i dont think i will be buying it. the only PS2 game i 'really' still play is FF12, imo that IS better than GOW2...

dont get me wrong GOW2 was incredible, but i dont play it any more, so its down on my list unfortunately.

this Tomb raider has had nothing but praise, but imo its always going to be hard for a last gen game to make it when the new console is out..

i think tho, luckily for the PS2, the PS3 hasnt taken off as well as the PS2 did.. so making those last min PS2 game purcases worth while.


still, I think i will give it a miss... now i ask the question will it be NGS or Darkness next?

TBH, its a shame that Tomb Raider isnt on PS3... But im still not 100% sold on the PS2 games working 'that well on the PS3. the only game i think looks as good as it would of done on a stand alone UK PS2 was GOW2. so on that basis alone i probably wouldnt pick up Tomby.

You do raise a good point with BC. Does anyone really want to throw down hard earned cash on a game that they can only play on their soon to be scrapped system? Because of its late release the gameplay may be fine but I'd take a wild guess that the cutscenes will still not run properly.

I want to see a TR on PS3.
