Yeah the site has been having a few problems lately but i wouldnt recommend any other site for this site has the best made un-official themes. Most others have official themes made by MS which suck.
Check it now it's back up. BTW i got some wallpapers posted there if you want to check them out search by author, lazer2555.

edit: still aint working, my download starts off fine, then slows down...then times out. which sucks cause i could actually download em in a few seconds.

That's probably there SQL server. Just keep on trying some other themes. What happened is there servers were horrible and slow like crazy and they just made a big move to a bigger and much much much more faster server, so they are still solving out a few problems.

im on DSL downloading between .5-1 Kbps!!!!!! should be done in about 30 mins!

www.themexp.org is working now if anyone is interested. i downloaded Style XP and its pretty damn cool. especially if ur like me and change ur desktop every few days. u can also change boot screens and login screens. lazer, this is cool shit. thanks for recommending this.
