final fantasy appreciation!!

Lets take the time to appreciat the best RPG in the world, final fantasy!! My fav and probably the best seller in the world is 7 because they come with more and more ff7 games. But the best graphics would be ff7 crisis core for the psp.

FF12 is another very good one but i dont think its long enough. I beat it in a day.

The bad thing of FF8 is the magic. They messed up with the magic so bad in that game. FF7 crisis core they did a bad job with the leveling but I can understand it because its psp not ps2.

Well this was my appreciation of final fantasy, wats yours?!

sadly, I'd have to say FFXI is my favorite, although it's not my favorite. Why would it be my favorite though? Because after 4 years, I'm still playing the frigging game, still paying for it, and what does SE give me? Nothing! Just a bunch of people who sell gil, laugh at my wyvern, and make fun of my long elvaan neck.

Aside from that, IV, VI, VII, Tactics.

Ive enjoyed most of the FF games, Tactics did rock totally, very addictive. Final Fantasy is a series that has had some wonderful moments, i think Square has learned a lot from their experiences and figure they will be around a long time ahead...

Markman, it's all about the story and the overall presentation of the FF games. To some degree the gameplay is a means to an end.

FFXI Doesn't count. It's an MMORPG, you can't compare it to other FF games.

Anyways i stand by my favorite FF game, which is FF Tactics. I know Ben will agree.

Tactics was a good game. Took me a full day to beat it. And gabriel is right...its all about the story line. And FFXI doesnt count cuz its not an rpg

Tactics had it all. The best story a game has every had imo, excellent gameplay. And best of all it was the hardest and most challenging FF game out there.

Yes FF Tactics will always be my number one. you can beat FF Tactics in 12-15 hours or so if you only play story battles. Plus everytime you play through it, you can choose a different way of composing a completely new squad of characters, like Ramza and Black Mages only or Ramza as Samurai/Ninja and rest dancers. A lot ways to approach it. Also if you are going to max out your main characaters you will probably play for 100+ hours
