They are SUPER thin. When i first got them i wondered how the hell they would hold my hole open, but they work perfectly and inserting them was a piece of cake. Brandi put em in for me. You fold in half, then in half again, stick em in and let em go. POP, right into a circle. They make tons of colors, cant wait to buy more when i hit 7/16".

You ever consider a taper and something without a flare? I made every stretch so far with screw on eyelets. You should give that a try. 11mm = 7/16" right? You try doing it right after a hot shower? That might benefit.

Cool you got the shorter industrial bar in.

Im getting new ink started next tuesday!

Yeah that's about right on the sizing. I like having nonflare plugs with o-rings, although they feel a lot heavier.

I did pop in my gfs 7/16 (i think) kaos plugs (pretty much the same as your ear skins) a while back but it felt a little too tight, not a whole lot, but I just more or less put them in to try them, not really of interest to keep wearing them, so I took them out.

And yeah, I've done hot showers, hot water soaks, vitamin e, and so forth. I'm not too concerned though, I can survive without stretching for a while.

I have a really nice set of steel tubes from IS ( http://www.bodyartforms.com/productd...ProductID=1386 ) for my 7/16" stretch. Too bad i'm months and months from that. I cant wait to get there.

The outline looks really awesome. Few weeks I will go back to get some color and finish it up. Pics later, still wrapped up.

MOd update:

Ears stretched to 00g. Wasnt actually planning on it but i slid a taper in and it went in further than i thought it would so i just went with it.

My sunflower/thistle tattoo piece was completed last night. Pics to follow as soon as the swelling/ink oozing goes down.
