Damn dude, you werent kidding. Thats freakin loong. How was the pain? I had my lip pierced at 14g, it didnt hurt in the least bit. Didnt even feel it.

I see you got those double flares in finally. Looks good.

I ordered some stuff for when I get to 00 and 7/16". The coolest pair is the Gorilla Glass bullet holes, honey colored. I probably wont get them in for a year or so though.

I'm going back under the ink gun in April. Starting a forearm sleeve on my left arm. Sort of like a rotting flower / autumn / creepy thing. Someday probably add a scarecrow, clouds, etc. Work in progress kind of thing. Looking at a 3-4 year span til I think my left arm will be complete.

The double flares have been in for a while, its the non-flared smoke grey 11mms that wont go in. Had one in for a short bit, and it ended up getting super pissed and sore, so i had to drop back down to those blue dichro eyelets til it got better.
The industrial pain hurt initially for about 3 minutes, then it went away til I went out in the cold air, and it hurts when it gets knocked (which has happened a bunch due to the large bar) and one night I went to sleep with the excess of the bar on the backside and woke up with it on the front, covered in dried blood.. so that sucked. Sleeping is a huge pain with it so far. If it's left alone it doesnt hurt at all.

My labret (14g) really didnt hurt much either, except the obvious initial jab. I've had it over a year now so it's been pretty good. I'd like to get it up to 12g so the inside heals more permanently but it's really a pain trying to use the taper on it.

I have a good idea for my right sleeve, it's going to be blackwork starting with the thing in my av, surrounded by a circular design somewhat like a scope i guess, working out to a design i have to work on going down my arm, and some blockwork as it heads towards my wrist. i think i mentioned the blockwork in here before, somewhat like a tetris kind of thing but not really that exactly.

I'm pretty sure the industrial got infected, its swolen up (not so much that I can notice it visually, but I can feel it) and very sore, so I worked the bar out, and put in the 2 CBRs I had when I got my ears pierced the first time. I'm positive now I could put the shorter bar in, but since it would be nearly immobile it wouldn't be very easy to clean and sap out any possible infection. I'm fairly sure the whole thing was mainly due to the length of the bar and constantly getting it hit and pushed during the day and sleep. For now I'm going to leave the rings in til I can see if they're healing any, but without the beads because I can't get them in, so the gap is over another part of my ear.. kinda looks like I have 4 holes haha. Feels so much better now that I don't have a single bar that pushes both holes every move it makes.

Yeah I've been doing that.. Really awkward to sit with your ear stuck in a mug of warm sea salt water.. It definitely helps though.

Also definitely doesn't help my ears to have hit it on a box bending over at work to pick up another box.... Ouch, let me tell you...

Those look super thin. Comfy?

Again I went from the green doubles to the 11mm smoke glass, and got both in, that night switched back because of some discomfort, and went to work, moved each slightly in the bathroom while checking them, and of course pus came out. So I went back to the blue dichro eyelets and they're healed perfectly now. I need to either get a taper to do the stretch or figure out why my ears aren't so keen on going another size up.

Oh and I forgot, I got the shorter bar in a while back and it's been pretty comfortable since. Hooray to that.
