Looks very cool. I almost forgot it was a tv series rather than a movie.

Viewing figures of 6 million mean this show is likely to be cancelled at the end of the season.

I don't know why figures would be so bad, I thought it looked good and I can't wait for it to start on ITV2 early next year.

I've heard some things. Essentially it could be boiled down to not being faithful enough to the original series to keep the old fans interested and having a few concept and writing flaws that stop it hooking a new generation. That's mainly based on initial episodes though, it was supposed to pick up somewhat as the series progressed but by then people would have given up.

Of course, that doesn't mean you won't enjoy it; low ratings and cancellations don't necessarily mean it's a bad programme. Sometimes it can actually mean the opposite...

Its no "Chuck", which is one of my fav new shows, but im sure its fine, but its a typical display of unoriginality, which most likely means its on a short stick. They canceled Kolchak: The Night Stalker after about eight episodes a few years ago, but i have the original series on dvd, which is excellent. Even back in the 70's some shows didnt get enough just due.
