I need opinions about this, and fast....

Alright this past friday me and my boys went out to the bar. After we left we stopped to get food at wawa and cause my bladder was literally bout to explode (and i know its not healthy to hold it when its this bad). So i give my buddy my stuff so he can get my sandwich and went out back to piss. Yes, it was to the point where i thought i was going to pee myself. And mind you I asked the wawa employees if I could use their employee bathroom due to the severity of having to pee, they said no. So I wnet out back pissed and a cop saw me walk back, so when I came back out front there he was with three other cops (tweo cars and a paddy wagon). So they knew I was pissin and strait arrest me. But instead of giving me that fine they decide to give me a public drunkeness. In which no breath-z-lizer was taken or blood to prove my alcohol content, and im not sure but i think you have to be over .20 for public drunkeness, cause i wasn't making a scene or anything. I was minding my business. Oh and this is all the while Im watching people i saw at the bar drunkenly drive away while im getting booked for peeing. So anyways they put me in the wagon and off we go to the station. They are giving m a hard time the whole time. For example they would ask me questions and if i started to explain myslef they would cut me off and id be like "can you let me finish?" and they'd tell me to shut up or stop talking back or being baligerent(sp?). They kept tellin me i was teh only one in there (at teh station locked up) and it almost felt like a threat to me, like "dont get smart or we'll kick your ass there is no one here to see it. Oha nd I almost forgot, they must of searched me like 4 or 5 different times, im talking like full on searched, which didn't make sense to me. Then when I got to my cell they searched me again and then made me stri down BUTT ASS NAKED! I looked at them and just sid are you serious? They were like did it sound like were joking, or some shit like that. SO I did and at that moment i felt lower then I ever have like i had no rights anf i was being stripped of all my dignity. I mean ALL 3 cops maybe a fourth were just standing there watching me like they were getting off or something.. Idk, ive never felt soo violated in my life and I've kinda been depressed and down about it ever since, like i just cant stop thinking about it.

So all in all Ijust wanted to give you guys teh story and see if you gys think i should fight it and just tell the story to the judge?

If you're serious about feeling like they were acting outside of their rights, you should contact a lawyer. Hit the yellow pages; most of them will listen to your story and decide if they are interested and/or tell you if you stand a snowball's chance. And as long as you don't give them any personal ID, you're not going to get billed for it.
