Out for a Sunday drive - Page 2

Usually lay in bed for a little longer than normal (put on a movie for the kiddos), then go to church. Home in time for lunch, then relax while the boys take their nap/rest time for a couple hours. After that it's usually something with the family (park, shopping, etc.).

But this weekend I was sick the whole time

HA! So that's where I got it from. I was ill end of Sunday and yesterday. Not feeling 100% even now.

He probably got it from me. I was sick for the most part of the end of the week. Although it was mostly a bad cold, and I'm over it now (although I felt miserable). I'm glad to see I can spread my joy.

Must be. I've got strep throat or something right now (which isn't a virus, but whatever). I'm gonna go get it checked out sometime tomorrow if I have time.

Glad you're going to get it checked out, Cowboy. I've heard that strep, left untreated, can ultimately result in scarring of the heart...

Don't ask me the details of that, as I haven't a clue. May not even be true at all. I just thought you needed to be scared

I don't think it was actually strep. Whatever it was, I was really sick for a couple days (high fever, stomach ache, etc), but it seems to have cleared itself up. I felt fine today.

Its been getting pretty cool around here, if you send me 10 degrees warmer i'll send you 10 cooler.

New beds rule.. Although I've been living on an elevated air mattress since I moved here a month ago... but I tell you what, its comfy as hell to my surprise.

today I went to bed at 2 am, woke up thinking it was noon and finding out it was only 9am.. so i've been up playing the ET Quake Wars demo which is pretty awesome, and watching my roommates play Tiger Woods on my wii.
