Default It's awful, but I like it. (Movie thread)

Go on, let us all into your best kept secret. Which movie(s) do you deny liking? Is it that romantic comedy you happened to see or would it be the sci-fi action movie that bombed?

We/I want to know which movies you love but lie to your mates about.

I'll chip in later.

chip in later.. tsk!

im not sure if i like it or not, but when ever Grease is on telly.. i feel really weird. takes me back to my childhood, when i was forced to see it twice with my mum and sister.

but its a weird feeling, one of vomit, yet another that it brings me back to my lost youth. i havent sat through it in years, i just cant bring myself to do it.. i turn over as soon as its on...

so.. i guess i dont love it, and some could say i hate it to bloody death... but i also need it. at times i need to feel that weird and i need to remember days of old that were innocent and free...

its those chill's.. they're multiplying! (sorry)

Love Actually.

Though I'm not embarrassed. That movie rocks.

Um, I guess Miss Congeniality and Dirty Dancing come to mind.

One of mine would be Starship Troopers. I agree with all the fault people raised but I still like it but I refuse to tell anyone at work as they all think it was trash. Same with Aeon Flux.

I also thought The Pacifier was a bit of light entertainment

Thats the 1st movie that came to my mind. But I like anything with Keira Knightley in.

Also anything with Hugh Grant in.
Notting Hill, Mickey Blue Eyes... lol

There is nothing shameful about liking Starship Troopers. It's only trash if you take it seriously, which pretty much misses the entire point of the movie.

Mine's probably For Love of the Game. Yeah, it's a pretty shitty chick flick for the most part, but dammit, the baseball scenes are awesome.

I thought 10 things I hate about you and A Knights Tale were alright.
