Music Thread - Emigrate

Has anyone here heard of them?

They are fronted by Rammstein lead guitarist Richard Kruspe and has a similar sound to Rammstein though all songs are sung in English.

I've not listened to all the tracks yet but they have lots of umph and I think it's worth a fair go.

If you think they sound familiar then that's because they are on the soundtrack of the new Resident Evil movie.

I've listened to the album properly and there are some tracks which are nothing like Rammstein.

Still a good album though.

I breifly listened to them. From what I heard, they are ok. Havent really had the time to really "listen" to them.

I haven't listened to them yet, but on the topic of german bands, there are a few good songs by one I was just recently introduced to. I haven't heard much about them, and I don't know how long they've been around, but Eisbrecher isn't too bad, or at least a few of their songs aren't.

its amazing isnt it.. personally I think Val should insist on people address's on signing up to PSXE, and a way or varifying them so we can go round their house and beat them with a rather large dead fish....

That seems the most likely option, otherwise Dillon is randomly resurrecting old topics to complains about spamming. Spamming about spam, essentially.

There do seem to be a steady stream of bots registering every day, with only a few actually posting. A lot of forums use those CAPTCHA things nowadays to prevent bot registrations.

Having to use CAPTCHA every post would get annoying but i wonder if it would get rid of the spammers completely... Could it be implimented during signup or maybe during a probationary period? That way older, trustable members wouldn't need to worry about it but new questionable ones have a short period to prove themselves
