Yeah, I like that it can get serious when it needs to. My dad has told me a couple times that it's pretty much the most accurate representation of what it's like to work in a hospital that he's ever seen on TV, especially early on when they were in residency. It's the only medical show he'll watch.

Don't know anything about accuracy but I know my favourite medical show is House.
