I am curious to know if there is a noticable difference in picture quality between a Blu-Ray player and PS3 or is it much like the DVD player in the PS2 in that there isn't much between them.
I wonder if the Blu-Ray players warrant having such a high price tag.

I read such an article in a magazine in WH Smiths about 2 days ago (Cant remember which mag sorry) and the person said there was a little bit of difference bit nothing noticeable.

I doubt there is any noticeable difference. It's essentially the same lens and technology.

But how does the sofware compare seeing as a stand alone can cost a grand, like gabe say what warrents this sort of price.
