I'm not at all trying to piss on his parade, but rather trying to impart the kind of advice I could have used at his age. I'm not teasing you, I'm being very honest with you. Come on, man, how do you fall in love with someone if you know so little about them that you can't even properly contact them?

My honest advice? Wait two weeks before trying to contact her again, and see if you still feel the same way. I've got $20 says you'll forget all about her by then, and the reason I say that is you obviously can't be basing your feeling on anything substantial; you don't know anything substantial about her, and feelings without substance are nothing more than infatuation.

This isn't teasing, this is good advice and it behooves you to take it.

@PS3, you need to just take a step back think carefully. If Ryan is right and you are both about 12, the last thing she is going to want is you chasing round her like a puppy (or at least I should imagine.) Drop her an email and ask to meet up somewhere public. Maybe go shopping and get something to eat or go to the cinema.

You need to chat to her a bit more before you go professing your undying love. For all you know she could have a psycho older brother or she could already have a boyfriend.
