I've come to a conclusion!

I think we rarely get new members, and even less new members that stay because deep down at heart we really dont want any new members.. As long as I can remember most of us have ALWAYS been here, its like a little tight knit group that is some sort of members only type club, haha. We flame every new member, usually because of the lack of intelligence in their posts. I just thought it was funny.

thats true, we even have our own witch trials...

still, when someone decent pops along, like Stanley did.. we gave him the honour he deserved. its not all doom and gloom.

i used Stanley's name because he was the last long term member that was, as you say.. a good guy. And i know that one day he will pop back, i can feeel it in ma bones. mind you, if ive left someone out.. oops.. short term thingy again

its like DarthK, seems like a nice guy too. can see him here for a while.

so every now and again someone good comes along. So really, we only except the elite posters, and flame the rest.

i think thats fair enough

Edit: actually theres a few good guys since Stan, and they are still here... tis a great forum

Thank's man, I don't think you lot are as bad for flaming as you think, Gabe put me on to this forum after I told him about problems I had on euro gamer, I asked a simple question, and from the first reply nothing but fire, realy pissy stuff it was too, I ended up in a big battle that went on for page's cos some of it was realy nasty, telling me to die of cancer and worse and when I got nasty it was me who got a nasty e-mail from the mods, I sent a colourful reply and never returned.

So I was on the phone to Gabe and he said if you want to talk to non arsehole-like minded people this is the place, he's not wrong, I mean there have been a couple of times that ive posted some info only to find out later it was wrong or out of date and did I come back to a barbacue NO
