He's very good, but the best bar none? I don't think I'd go that far. It could be argued that Ken Lucas, DeAngelo Hall, Terrance Newman, Reshean Mathis, and a few other guys I'm probably forgotting are all just as good. Bailey has regressed a bit from his Redskin's days and get's burned by the deep ball way too often for my tastes.
