GRRRRRR!!!!! I hate being single, the dating game sucks!

Hello everyone, i'm back to spend a few minutes ranting again. Its been a while since I logged on.

A few months ago I posted a thread about a girl that I had met. Well things went good for about 4-6 weeks and then things went south. The girl ended up being a complete psycho. If you would like the details i'll explain. But needless to say, i'm once again single. And i'm struggling to find a girl that I like.

I'm thinking about sitting back and see where things go from here. I'm in the middle of a huge change in my life as well(ive lost 58 pounds in 3 months). So I think i'm going to finish hitting my target weight, then i'll get back into things.

I apologize for this rant, i'm just irritated and board, and I knew my good friends wouldn't mind.

My first girlfriend, I lost around 60-80 pounds in a 3-4 month period. I didn't even notice until people started mentioning it to me. I gained some back, but I'm at a weight that no matter what I do (rugby and mountainbiking included) I can't lose or gain weight. I've been 200lbs for 3-4 years now.

But I had a girlfriend this summer. A girl I've only came into contact with a few times, but admired her from afar, knowing who she was for a while.. And we hit it off the first time we started actually hanging out, not just talking online.. and it was such a effed up thing after a while, I realized that she wasn't a relationship kind of girl, and throughout it all my head was being effed up back and forth as she led me along different directions all the time.. and in the end there was a blowout that totally ended it. I've only talked to her once or twice since in the last month or 2.

I don't even know. If I could change things, I'd totally still want to be with her. Fun girl. I loved her style. She's just got a different outlook on everything.

I weighed 258 pounds 2 1/2 months ago. And now ive gotten down to 200. I'm looking to drop to 175 - 180. And i'm gonna work my ass to get it.

Then i'm going to work on finding a girl.

Can I just ask if she's into the whole drug scene? Her body type and the look to her made her seem just like the girls that are into some "stuff" at my school. That's just what I remembered first thinking when I first saw her. That's not to offend you, because she was pretty hot, but she just had that "look" to her.

Actually not in the way you would think. She was a emotional wreck. This girl was on nerve pills and more. She was constantly worried about everything. She was on my ass 3 weeks after we met, it was almost like we were together for years and close to marriage. I'm the kind of person that loves to be in a relationship, i'm not a big dating person. But this girl was psychotic. It was long distance anyway, and she would start fights on a nightly basis or she would just hang up and turn her phone off. So as you can probably imagine it was not a good experience.

I know a little something about psychos...........I know a little something about the silly dating game, too. I used to post in a forum where everyone knew quite well about it, because I have zero dignity left and didn't care who I told. LOL

I'd rather not repeat the stories here, though. I'm regaining dignity sliver by sliver, and it's quite the painstaking process.

Clearly, everyone there just hated them and everything else I posted because of the "walls of text"...............that were actually about three paragraphs and took approx. 30 seconds to read for those who have a functioning brain, and only looked like "walls" in comparison to the typical "LALMALMALMAM strawberries rule, eat feces!" posts that now dominate the forum.

Won't be hearing (or seeing) anything like that from me, anymore.
