I dont think the footage is fake. for example, when the shot is heard, it takes a small amount of time 'til the target explodes. if someone placed an explosive, we would see it explode and then hear the report. secondly, during one of the clips, when the shot is fired, the camera shakes. I would attribute this to the concussion of the shot.

What I think is fake is the description. yeah, it's of someone shooting something, but it's definately not a sniper at 2500 yards unless it was artillery, since i proved that a .50 BMG cannot cause that much damage to a human body.

However, I can see that neither side is going to back down on this matter. My proposal is to forget the whole thing and treat it as a learning experience. This will hopefully regain some of the tranquility of the forum, and keep people from getting too pissed at each other. So, to show that i'm am serious, I will now end my participation i this thread, and hope others follow (for the sake of sanity in the forum).

P.S.
For those inquireing minds who would like to know my physics background, I am currently enrolled in a basic physics class in college as part of my general education requirements for my biology degree (currently in my 4th year).

Forum has been so dead, at least its nice to see it get some activity on some level!
