Autographed Metal Gear Solid 2

Back when it came out (2001 or whatever) I won a copy of metal gear solid 2 for ps2 autographed by hideo kojima. It's been sitting in my closet wrapped in tissue paper ever since. Do you guys suppose it's worth anything? I kinda forgot about it till now.

Sure it's worth something. It's worth even more if it's unopened, and even more still if you have some sort of documentation that it's real. There are some hardcore Metal Gear collectors out there, so you could get some decent cash for it I would think.

How did you win it? Do you have any sort of proof that it really is autographed by him?

All I have is this link. It came in a plain brown box with no papers of any kind as far as i know, because i'm assuming i would have kept them.

My mom is claudette schafer, which i can prove.

I'll probably just put it on ebay with a decently high reserve and just keep it if it doesn't reach. It's a cool think to have i think.

I take it you entered a competition? Do you still have any of the original forms you filled out? Keep those with it and it may make for a more believable genuine item
