No, i think it's actually real, made for handicapped visitors. But as you can tell, Americans are always looking for that rush, the feel of excitement, and you can't find any better place than the XTREEM speed of a escalator

i actually had found another picture of it, same place, different time (there was a sign in the window, and the shadow on the center stairs was different), it looked exactly the same, so it's definitely real.

Its also funny that in both pics nobody uses the regular stairs. Its not like they are tired coming out of the gym, they are all going in.
