Default Greatest American

Anyone watching this?

I flipped by for about five minutes. Long enough to see that Dr. Phil made the cut.

That's enough for me; the whole thing lost any smidgen of credibility it had right at that moment...

We had a national poll not too long ago to vote for the 'Great Briton' . If I remember correctly Isambard Kingdom Brunell won. For those that don't know he helped build the Thames tunnel and designed the suspension bridge and he was deeply involved in what was a great railway system here in the UK.

We soon managed to stuff that up

You guys have a celebrity TV doctor in your listings?!

I couldn't be more embarassed.

Well, that's not technically true. I actually quit watching for fear that I would see Paris Hilton on the list.

I would have had to defect to Cananda, I think...

Bush is the leader of the greatest superpower in history at the most crucial point in that nation's history. I hate a lot of his politics, and don't much care for him, but your comment is fairly ignorant.

The fact is, Bush has a chance to go down in history as one of the greatest presidents ever. He also has the chance to go down as the worst. Only time will tell.

Judging him now is just plain foolish.

Hey Ryan.

You really are desperate for a good political debate, aren't you?

:P

Puting someone on a list of the greatest Americans based on what they MIGHT do in the future in just as foolish wouldn't you say? If thats the case I should be on the list cause I MIGHT find a cure for cancer. Only time will tell.

Bush's actions today will shape the direction of our country for decades to come. His actions are more impactful and important than anything Clinton or Bush 41 ever did in office, to say nothing of Carter or Ford.

I wonder what you'd think about Reagan being on the list.
