I said "Doctorine" isn't a word, hence the quotation marks. The reason I mentioned Doctrine is because although it's a word, it isn't a degree you receive from a University.

Anyways, part of the reason for unemployment is outsourcing. Now with many of the world leading players asking for 3rd world countries to be relied upon more as export countries to help get their economies going, how big an effect do you think this will have on our current economic levels?

We're not being asked to export our jobs, we're doing it because it's cheaper. I don't think it's an especially big problem. People like to blow this out of proportion, just like the trade deficit with China.

It has been in the news recently that many world leaders are pushing for 3rd world countries to be used more and that it could in fact be more expensive. It's possible that the US administration will reject any official proposal.
