Look at what they've done to the iconic warner bros characters as they feel that todays children need updated designs.

I was reading this in the Metro this morning Gabe. Apparantly Bugs Bunny is now going to be called Buzz Bunn

It's like Space Jam but even worse...

They should have created completely new characters if they were determined to go ahead with this farce.

The style reminds me of the new(ish) Batman cartoon

this is probably the worst redesign i've ever seen.
if this isn't a spinoff side-show, coexisting with normal loony toons etc, then I am very saddened.

Road Runner looks pretty cool...his name is probaly jacked up too.
Is it just me or does Taz look like a bat?

Most of the new cartoons are rehashes old older versions whice were classic. The new ones are crap compaired to the originals, look at TMNT, Transformers...butt. even the TMNT games suck now, Turtles in Time anyone? Hopefully the new one might be cool.

I can't believe they're doing that; the originals were awesome, but I can already tell that this series is going to be quite lame. Who cares if we get re-runs of the originals; it's far better than this crap.

I think it might be really cool, apealing to the kids with these hype new designs.

I also think Buzz would look badass with a cigarette and a tatoo. I mean, if we want to actually get todays kids to watch, why not show them a Buzz that will fit right in.

I don't get a good feeling looking at those character designs. Why go and mess up a good thing just because the Looney Tunes character designs haven't been updated in years? If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Duck Dodgers is doing pretty well, and they didn't mess with Daffy's or Porky's look. The 'new' look is something that should be saved for a low-budget flash animation series.

As stupid as it sounds, I think I would be okay with these new characters if they were actually NEW.

It seems pretty pathetic to try to ride the coat tails of someone's successful artistic creations like that. I guess the name recognition will be good for the new cartoon, but it will ultimately serve only to smudge the names of our cartoon heros

Poor Bugs Bunny is right...

And poor Mel Blanc. He's probably ding flip-flops.
