I got some bad news from the doctor.

I have Arthritis in my right elbow. I am getting Arthroscoptic Surgery on it next friday. He also said I am going to have to get a artificial elbow in the future. This is the worst day ever.

Day back down, just got word my aunt shela down in florida had a liver failure... shes not doing to hot.

Arthritis seems to be more common in younger people now than ever before. Anyone got any clue as to why?

Change in diet? ie more junk food available now than 30 years ago.

My stepfather has to have an artificial elbow. He was in a really bad fall at work and shattered his legs, broke some ribs, his shoulder, his elbow, and his wrist. He lost part of his leg, had his good ankle fused, and is now waiting for his elbow operation. Then after that, they will work on his wrist.

They wanted to fuse the elbow, but that would suck really bad in conjunction with the wrist. It's small consolation, but at least they can replace it now. Much better than would they would have done 20 years ago.
