Default Blizzard

Well were in the middle of a blizzard right now in Minnesota. I was unable to go out tonight and we will have a ton of snow tomorrow unfortunately. Hopefully this lets up soon. I can't even see across my yard to our barns. (I live on a farm). The power even went out once, and some friends in town were having much worse power troubles. We haven't had a storm like this in a long time, especially this year because we have had a record low snowfall.

I experienced some of that this past Christmas season when I was in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I also went down to Grand Forks, North Dakota too. They had a crazy blizzard there in the last few days of December.

I'm glad I live on the west coast though. This past week we had a day where it was 18 degrees celcius/64F

We've got it coming to us in NY tomorrow. 10-17 inches. A foot in the city.

Were not getting snow right now. But the roads are nothing but a sheet of ice. Its 26 degrees out right now. And its pissing the rain and sleet down. We have at least an inch of sleet and hail.

It was around -25 here yesterday. It's -16 right now.
It had barely snowed for a while, but its been so damn cold.

It was cold here within the last week or two. That let up, but all the snow came now. The power was still out in parts of town, but were fine out here. I think my grandparents may have to come out here if things dont get fixed soon, because they dont have any heat right now.

We got hammered two weeks ago (one day of school all week, coming on the heels of Christmas break, which was nice) and a bit last week but it's been pretty clear since then. We had some freezing rain last night and it's supposed to snow today but so far all we've gotten is a lot of cold and wind.

I'm loving it right now. We've got probably 8 inches so far, and it's still coming down.
