Snake, assuming you can get avatars working then what are the max dimensions? Just looked around and I can find the size limit (30kb, yes?) but no mention of how big they can be.
I was just wondering because while I was playing a game the other day an idea for an avatar came to me (maybe for Nice Shirt if he wants it) and I started making it, but I don't know what the max height and width can be.

Just thinking, how about adding a few custom user profile fields? Things like 'Favourite Game?', 'Favorite Console?', 'How Did You Find PSX Extreme?'. Just a few fields for specifc info, might be cool.
