Got this from dvdtalk forums...

Just orderded mine,great for people who already own the first two and plan on buying the 3rd but dont want to buy the set of three just for this.

This is only for the US I think.

Nope, it's for Canada too. My brothers and I picked up the EE today, and we got a slip saying we could send in $4 (Canadian, of course) and get the same slip case. Awesome deal
