Grohl is incredibly funny on stage too. The live DVD is frigin awesome. And seeing them live in person was even better. (Still the best b-day anyone could ask for).

Yup, Dave IS the man. Foo Fighters rock. I'm only getting into Nirvana now (don't ask me why I'm so late on that one...) - very talented chap, to say the least.
I was at a show of the Foo's last year - I was in like 2nd row for half the set...just INSANE!! Dave is an animal on stage - wicked scream, funny stuff...awesome show.

Don't know about a god but he's close. The Foo Fighters are one of the most consistently good bands in rock music and he's the reason why. And of course, he's also an exceptional drummer.
