I agree, to a degree. Bush's win means that our country values religious and moral beliefs over the economy, the Iraqi mess, and things inside the us.

Unemployment rate as of Oct. 2004 is 5.5%. Now lets take it further, During the 9/11 bombing unemployment rate was close to 6.0%, but what no one mentions is that in 1994, during Clinton's reign in power unemployment was a whopping 6.6%. Oh but i guess it's ok since Clinton managed to bring it down 4-6 years later to 3.9%. If so then give Buch a chance.
Let me ask you this:

If things don't change, would you THEN admit he was inefficent.

By the way, is it just me or is 9/11 the Republican excuse for a lot of things. 9/11? They got bills passed at will blaming things on that. Now people point to 9/11. (Not saying Dimitri is, just 9/11 in his post made me think of it)

Notice how 9/11 everyone blames on Bush and yet the first bombing of the Twin Tower which took place during Clinton's Presidency no one blames him for that.

certainly 9/11 wasn't Bush's fault....but the aftermath, and the way he handled it was.

Well, he didn't spend 42% of his first year (9/11) on vacation either.

However, it can't be blamed ENTIRELY on him. You must admit he should have taken a little more notice to intelligence instead of driving golfballs.

You seem in your post, that you do concede the fact that the Republicans rely an awful lot on 9/11 for various things.

And the point of those quotes was?

In the first one I said I wouldn't say we were a Theocracy.....in the second one I said we weren't a Theocracy.

Same statement, different wording.

If we're pretty close to being a theocracy, that means we AREN'T a Theocracy.

It's pretty easy to comprehend, at least I thought it was.

So tell me this why did Clinton not take action the first time in the WTC was bombed in '93?

Why is it that Clinton did not look in his intellegence to see this was upcoming?

Now aren't those the questions that really should be asked.

It's true KCAA. In Africa there were plenty of black slave traders who would profit from the sale of their own people. You should be able to see the evidence you need in lots of history books.
