Hey I was dissapointed as hell by Episode 1 and 2,but I will give this one a shot and from some of the stuff I have read about it,it kills 1 and 2 in terms of story and action.

I know Lucas is the master of trailers,that could be why this looks so great imo,but I'll still be going into this one not expecting much no matter how cool I think the trailer looks.

I know I know, but it doesn't make my blood boil with anticipation.

And Lucas is the master of trailers. I remember liking the Qui-Gon Trailer for EP1 more than the movie itself.

Trailers always hype movies to be better than they usually are anyway, but I think I'll definitely see this one.

Well, given that it's been reported that the final fight scene will have over 1,000 moves spanning fourteen minutes, I don't think the movie will disappoint in terms of action. I really doubt we'll sit through two hours of love story or soap opera only to change pace at the end, but who knows?

Am I the only one that liked Hayden as Anakin? I know his acting during the scenes with Padme were painful to say the least, but I think he does a great job of portraying the arrogance and self loathing that eventually changes him into Darth Vader.

Either way, upon reflection, I think knowing the back story of Darth really kind of dilutes his overall image. I mean, the guy is essentially Space Hitler, the most evil, vile man imaginable. To qualify those actions through a rationalized look at his past tends to make him too sympathetic for my tastes.

I liked it better when Darth was just pure evil and mystique, rather than someone I basically feel pity for.

I didn't really dig him in Episode 2. But from what I've seen in that teaser, he looks like a real good bastard now...just like Vader should look.

I don't know..didn't really get me excited at all. I have really low expectations for movies nowadays as they tend to suck badly. When watching this trailer all I could think was,"Hooray! More unrealistic looking CGI!!!" They might as well wrap green screens around the characters themselves.

Hopefully Hayden will be better at 'uber-badass' acting then the piss-poor job he and Portman did with those 'love-scenes' in episode II.

When I look at it that way; you're right. Although I do despise that whole arrogant attitude (and the look that goes along with it), it does help show why exactly he does turn into Vader.
