All depends on what you have and where you had it. I can't check the link because I'm at work.
I believe branding is becoming more popular and I don't see much of a difference between that and cut-art.

branding tends to go away after a few years....scarification stays...but it does the same thing normal scars do...it morphs with your body changes.
So it ends up looking really ****ed up and not like it used to after a few years of growing and stretching and stuff.

I saw a show about scarification the other week.....I must admit the guy who was having it done was a completed retard if you ask me. He wanted something along the lines of angels wings on his back, so they guy performing the procedure cuts 2 huge strips out of his back, looked more like some strips of bacon than angels wings when he had finished if you ask me
Anyway, imo I do not think that scarification/cutting looks as artisitic as tattoos anyway. Nuff said off to feel sick now ![]() |

Dont get 'skin removal' confused with a cutting.
Im in the process of getting another tattoo though. Probably by the end of this month. ![]()

Skin Removal, Cutting, or whatever you want to call it, is all considered surgery to me. Personally i think people in this world have become so goddamn bored of tattoos that they are taking it as far as cutting.

eh, i think scarification is pretty neat. ive seen some online that look pretty good IMO. as for the pain, personally, i think that branding would be more painful.
im not sure i'd get anything cut, but what people think is attractive is up to them. the only body modification that i think is really just totally stupid is amputation. believe it or not, there are people who get things (usually finger or toe sections) actually REMOVED. i dont understand that at all. it looks uber nasty and it makes your body work less well. different strokes for different folks though.

As far as scaring goes, I think simple and small designs would work. I wouldn't have though it was possible to get something as intricate as some tattoos in scar style.
