A rave against time!

About a year ago, my buddy was involved in a fatal car accident. He was in the hospital for two months, doctors saying he wasn't gonna live and if he did, he won't walk. He proved them wrong on both accounts. So while he was in there his mom got in contact with the Deftones (Cause he worships them), and they end up sending him all kinds of signed merch. They call him too, and alot at that. He still talks to them. So yesterday, they called him up and told him they have a backstage pass for him coming up on the 29th (i think) and heres race against time. Me and my new band have a week and a half to write and record a good song so he can give it to the Deftones. I highly doubt anything will happen, but it's worth a shot ya know. Oh, and the biggest problem, we all just started this band... Not even a practice yet, and today we start writing! I'll try and find a link to my buddies accident, until then...
