i am trying to upload pictures to my website, and i want to upload them without the annoying white backround behind them. Because some of these are like logos and other stuff, and they dont have corners like a regular picture. any help is appreciated.

You need to set a transparency. If you are using ms paint, you can't set 'em. If you arn't using ms paint, don't ask, because I don't know how..
