The underground club scene (IE Raves) is HUGE in downtown seattle...those go from like 11 pm to 8 am sometimes.

Washington has it's seasons done properly as well....especially in eastern washington...in the summer the coldest it gets over there is 80. And in the winter they get like 10 feet of snow sometimes.

NYC may be more diverse in it's people, but Washington is more diverse in it's surroundings.

You've got the huge city life in Seattle, You've got the smaller suburban cities of Everett and Tacoma, you've got Mountain regions, Huge sprawling forest areas...there's a desert.....anything you could possibly want to do outdoors, you can do it in washington. And anything you could possibly want to do in a huge city, Seattle is right there....just follow the yellow brick road to The Emerald City.

Seattle OWNZ:P

You know what both New York and Washington don't have? The Mall of America... Minnesota Ownz all.

By the way I'm kidding, its impossible to say which city/state is better. Personal opinion. Live where you want, what more is there to say?

I was specifically referring to NYC and Seatle, not mentioning Washington and NY as a state.
