We were tossing around the idea of joining a gun club for something to do on weekends. Today we went to the range closest to my house, Anthony Arms. We rented some guns and went through 3 boxes of ammo apiece.
Heres what I shot... S&W 915 9mm HK USP .40 caliber The USP was the shit. Heres what nyedor shot... Beretta 9mm Glock 27 in .40 caliber After we shot our rentals, we shitched and fired the others. I like the S&W the best, although the USP was lighter and more accurate. Nyedor favored the Beretta. I think a gun purchase is in order. ![]()

I thought you locked a previous thread that contained firearms. Or maybe that was another forum...?? I don't mind it personally. I have a mild interest in handguns myself.

how'd the beretta shoot? i personally think that 9mm is a little small for anthing but targets. i prefer .45. more knock down power. i have a colt M1 1991 A1 that does a pretty good job of shooting. also, a surprizingly good gun that's easier to shoot than they look is the S&W 500's (the most powerful handgun in the world). damn i love guns.
oh, and you want scary? here in Alaska, you don't need a permit to carry concealed. |

In all seriousness i loved the beratta. The 9mm is a little small, but they cost alot less than the .40. A box of 9mm was $7 and a box of .40 was like $13. Were only goin to shot at the range so im thinkin of goin with the 9mm.

Must move to Alaska.:evil2:
The Beretta was alright, I only fired 10 rounds with it though. It just didnt fit good in my hand. Nyedor loved it though. I think I want to buy the HK USP, only in 9mm instead of .40 caliber. The range we will be going to makes you use thier ammo. 50 rounds 9mm = ~7$ 50 rounds .40 cal. = ~12$ The USP was awesome but the S&W fit my hand better. They didnt have the 915 for sale in the display, but they had the 457 (same frame). That gun felt damn good in my hand, but it was .45 caliber. The ammo is to expensive so Im probably gonna end up with a 9mm.
